I would say it's certainly unusual.

I thought they were all cocks? It’s certainly a massive cock in the middle of their roundabout.

Two year deal in the middle of a literal pandemic, where he'll play more games, at a title favorite, and likely will get paid more. Define madness?

I think KT_14 Card is referring to the fact that some teams are offering/able to offer 2 year deals amongst the current uncertainty, rather than to Godfrey being excited to get on board with the H&W project.

We don't know the terms of that 2 year contract. If Havant are smart, and Doswell knows what he is doing, there will be conditions and clauses. It is not as mad as people think. Some people are just trying to console themselves.

I'm not worrying yet. I will start to panic if we have yet another no Dowse catch up this week....

Doswell clearly funding it as he did at sutton. No surprise pitch getting laid is artificial

I'd have him back as a squad player if it weren't for the current global situation. One of the only players who commiserated with the KRE after the Dover game and always gave his all, especially when he had to bail out FSJ

Staunton, alongside an aerially dominant centre back (like Moussa or Gerring) would be a really good addition. His problem was that he was often our best header of a ball, which at 5’10”(ish) leaves you open to conceding from crosses and set pieces.

I'd welcome him back as a DM. Imagine he'd see us as a regression though.

Theophanous, the greatest striker to ever don the badge. He's obviously decided the 'family reasons' he moved to Romford for in January weren't strong enough to resist the lure of...... East Grinstead

Moussa signs for Havant.

They should be absolutely walking the league with the squad they're putting together.

Gutted. He’s too good for this league - how is he playing regional football?

Havant are only full time as far as training goes, 3 days a week, not full time paid.

You would choose Havant over Dorking if only for the reason that they are a bigger club.
