Championship: 31 points
League One: 35 points
League Two: 26 points
National League: 17 points
NLS: 36 points
NLN: 29 points
In our division, more than any other, the difference between a team likely to be in the play-offs and a team fighting relegation is incredibly slim. Obviously we'll never know, but if the change in ownership and manager had happened in the summer rather than just before Christmas, I think we could easily have been top seven. The league will shift again for next year with six new teams and lots of teams changing, but I am hopeful that we can be looking up rather than down for the first time in a couple of years.

Comparing ourselves to York City and goals scoredwokingcardinal wrote: ↑Wed Apr 16, 2025 12:59 pmThe NL is an amazing league its almost impossible to call who will go down or make the play offs etc. there are some big clubs with lofty ideas, but I didn't think Barnet would win it, and I actually thought York would be similar to us! I think luck with injuries plays a major part, if we can sort out the goals for column it will certainly be very exciting next season.
York have averaged 2.07 goals per game
We have averaged 1.05 goals per game
If we can up the goals scored, it very quickly turns defeats into draws, and draws into wins and we shoot up the table

I presume this is what happens, and he hasn't given the impression of someone who's leaving (however now I think about it he hasn't mentioned next year - probably due to making sure we're safe)wokingcardinal wrote: ↑Wed Apr 16, 2025 1:10 pmwould hope one ill be triggered when survival is 100%
