Re: Next season NLP
Only if they build some terraces that are actually terraced.
Truro and Worthing as new places to go, or Torquay as that is one of my favourite away trips.

Re: Next season NLP
At least we’re likely to lose a northern team from the NL playoffs this season. Unless Forest Green go up.

Dorking's view from the side is ok. But it really is a shit ground. Great town for beers though.

Truro is a good place for beers too...be good to have the away game as a Saturday fixture early on in the season.Lars Muller wrote: ↑Mon Apr 14, 2025 7:20 amWould be good to rekindle our rivalry with Torquay. And then an away Tuesday night at Truro…

It’ll be a Tuesday night in January, or a bank holiday.Card Sharp wrote: ↑Mon Apr 14, 2025 8:00 amTruro is a good place for beers too...be good to have the away game as a Saturday fixture early on in the season.Lars Muller wrote: ↑Mon Apr 14, 2025 7:20 amWould be good to rekindle our rivalry with Torquay. Re: Next season NLP
Only 3 to go in the NLS & NLN and they are both closeTwo of Diamonds wrote: ↑Sun Apr 13, 2025 5:40 pmSlightly odd that with just 4 games of the season to go there isn't a single team mathmatically certain to be playing in the NLP next season! I don't share the love in for Dorking. Down the road yes, but not a ground I'd ever visit again unless it was for a kids match. Truro v Carlisle would be something.
In the South there are 3 points between Truro at the top and Torquay in 4th, so that game on Friday is huge. also that day Worthing in 2nd on GD go to Eastbourne who are 3rd, just 2 points behind. On Monday Truro go to WSM, who are fighting to get in the POs with Worthing at home to Dorking, who are 5th and only 4 points off the top
only 1 point between the top 3 in the North, with Scunthorpe ahead of Kidderminster and Brackley. Scunny got to Kings Lynn (7th) Friday, and have Hereford (6th) away last game of the season. Kiddy also play Hereford on Monday whilst Brackley have 2 mid table teams and Farsley, who are bottom and relegated, at home on the last day of the season
as for relegation from L2, it looks like it will be Morecambe and Carlisle, as they are 7 and 6 points behind Accrington with 4 to go, though Carlisle do go to Accy on Easter Monday

Re: Next season NLP
Kiddy go top of NLN with Scunthorpe losing
Carlisle winning against top of the table Port Vale, including a late penalty save, gives them a chance to stay in Div 2, though it looks like Morecambe will be joining us next season
