Updated: Ahead of the Game, Radcliffe.

Post by Simon Jones » Mon Jan 06, 2025 2:06 pm

Hi all,

The club has made some ground changes ahead of the game tomorrow - the updated "Ahead of the Game", can be found here: https://www.wokingfc.co.uk/news/article ... cliffe-h-/

Most important changes are:
  • Seymours Community Stand is closed to both home & away supporters
  • The Fan Zone (both containers) will be serving food (the same menu to reflect the offer from Saturday)
  • The Fan Zone, Cardinals Bar & Legends Bar will be open
Should be everything! As always, these decisions are made with the best interests of the club are heart and we apologise if they cause an inconvenience.

Simon

Is it still eight quid on the gate?

You're both right. It's £5 up until 3 hours before kick off, always £3 more on the gate these days.

Would I be right in thinking that if there is a doubt of the game going ahead tonight a pitch inspection will be done early enough to stop Radcliffe travelling (again)

Following Jam's question, is it definitely on tonight?

Have we had any rain since Sunday?

Been sunny today so doubt the pitch is frozen.

I would be very surprised if it's off, it's currently cold but sunny

It's been cold but above freezing since yesterday, plenty of rain so expect it to be a bit swampy.
