He scored both goals in Luton U21s 2-1 win against (rather than for) Fulham.

Re: Ex-Player update: May 2022
Actually done quite well past couple years at Bedfont and Hanwell.
22/23 Bedfont: 35 apps, 16 goals
23/24 Hanwell: 41 apps, 15 goals
Definitely one to watch next season...
Majority of the academy lads which graduated between 2020 and 2022 have gone on to do quite well, shame we don't see that too often anymore. Hamblin the most recent graduate to actually make an appearance for the club back in May 2021, since then only two have featured in matchday squads, Denny Roberts in 22/23 and Jamie Hilton in 23/24 both as unused subs.
Leo Hamblin just signed on for the 24/25 campaign at Weymouth.
Selim Saied plying his trade for Fboro still.
Wareham at Reading.

Gillingham unveiled him outside a Costa Coffee whilst it was raining. Really weird!

Clearly a little white bag exchange. Perhaps that’s why he’s ‘buzzing’!Chobham Card wrote: ↑Tue Jun 04, 2024 9:30 am...that is a drug deal taking place by the tree at 00:31, isn't it? I'm not going mad?neverlostatwembley3 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 04, 2024 6:45 am

Gillingham, gateway to the Isle of Sheppey, road works, bins, a cheeky drug deal, a nice selection of Bookies and two pantomime horses wearing mullets - all in the pissin' rain.
Last year he signed for AFCW in a super flash Spanish bar on their pre-season tour - progress.

RGC joins D&R on season long loan
Woking Football Club can today confirm that centre-forward Reece Grego-Cox has completed a full-season loan move to National League side Dagenham & Redbridge, subject to the National League's and the FA's approval.
The former Ireland U21 international played in 34 matches in all competitions for the Cards since rejoining ahead of the 2022/23 season – finding the back of the net 15 times.
Under the terms of the Loan Agreement, Grego-Cox will not play against Woking in any competitive fixture during his loan.

I was worried we wouldn't be able to shift him at all. Hopefully removes his wage from the bill, and at least takes a good chunk out of it. Can't punish us if he were fit enough to. Done even though it's barely June. Fresh start somewhere local for him, in a team that isn't short of firepower and so can hopefully look after him better than Sarrl did. (I do wonder what goes through the heads of people who see the news on Twitter, and immediately and gleefully put the boot in. He's gone - what do you get out of publicly mugging him off for 2.3 likes to your little pool of 150 followers? Do they think you "know ball" now? Weird behaviour.)

Re: Ex-Player update: May 2022
Yeah ok but - what about what goes through the head of a football player who's been taking a wage for not a great deal, is still under contract with a club, but updates his bio within seconds to "Professional footballer for Dagenham & Redbridge" and talks about rollercoaster seasons and fresh starts? They need to have a little think too. There's a way to depart and there's a way not to, Kellermann was the right way and frankly after all that's been invested into Reece I think that there needs to be a bit more awareness.Chobham Card wrote: ↑Tue Jun 04, 2024 2:16 pm

"Well I have to say something, because I've been here more than once and for a few seasons, so it's definitely expected and owed to the fans. But I can't be transparently honest about how shit some of it has been at Woking because that would cause a shitstorm, and potential bad blood with players/staff. So: let's say something benign and cliched about it being a mixed bag, so I can still show some sort of appreciation while putting the steaming turd of last season in my rear-view mirror as quickly as possible."
It's not the best message from him, obviously. But it's a non-league player running his own Twitter account. I'm not expecting media training, or even that he's spelled everything correctly. His post doesn't offend my Woking sensibilities because it's so utterly run-of-the-mill; if we can't understand him being utterly deseperate to be somewhere where he can stop being an unplayable burden, we're in for a rough time.
The difference between him and those fans is that there's a basic expectation for him to speak, unlike the irrelevant oiks trying to get a laugh by being dicks at his expense. They offend me much more.
