No disrespect to Max, but is he really a L2 player?

and are Barnet trying to become ex Woking? do they also realise that he wont be able to play the 1st few games, having had 2 red cards last season

I think Loza to Barnet is a classic case of 'he always plays well against us, therefore he's good' - as if memory serves he did regularly score against them.

I'm sure during that famous 'poo on toast' rant, Brenan said that he was going to let anyone go who couldn't help them next season as part of their push for promotion. Now, I know we've said some pretty stupid things about going up in the last few years (Oakley, I am looking at you), but to say that is the target and then to sign Diarra, Loza and Kabamba is a bit mad.

Amongst those being his promotion recruits, he's also let Taylor walk to Southend on a two year deal and of course Marriott to Bromley... it's funny, I seem to remember certain people clamouring for him to manage us.

It would appear Loza has gone to Barnet.
Looking forward to see everyone again at Kingfield, soon.
Some interesting conversations will be had.

How bad is he? Not expecting great things! We're very close to getting Krezchmar over the line as well. Basically a Woking FC reject team at this point...

Shocking attitude, chases the shilling, could be a real player at a higher level if he wanted to but not a player I wanted back at Woking.

Long old season for you I think, remember it’s 4 down this year.

He's surely one of the under-achievers your manager had in mind when he publicly blamed Woking players for getting his mate Dowson sacked.

Good to see he's now signing them all.

Don't think we are bad enough to go down. Trust me, last season and the season before's squads were a lot lot worse!

I don’t know about that mate, you’re probably not that far off the drop. The bottom half of the league will be a lot better then last season. Both our teams benefited by the bottom 3 being dreadful and the 4 teams that have come up are all decent teams

Loza - Occasionally good imho, but not often enough. Amusing chant from the Kings Lynn fans when we played them at their place last season and Loza came on as a second half sub "There's only one greedy b*****d". It occurred to me that that was quite perceptive!

Yes, bingo.

He's a sack of the highest order. It pissed me off we re-signed him twice (the second time for cash) after he bailed on us twice before, he has clear talent but a clearer attitude issue, and he gets sent off too often whether for petulance or cheating. Best of luck with him.

He defo had an offer from Wealdstone too. Good move for him.

Who is left from last season’s squad to have not found another club now? Oakley?

Don’t suppose anyone has the time to list them out and the level they’ve dropped to? Can’t think of many that have gone down a league (although wouldn’t be surprised if three of the four above all can’t find another conference club).

I find this to be very helpful and pretty comprehensive: https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/nationa ... 0&intern=1

Confirmed deals:
Allarakhia > Wealdstone
Block > Hampton & Richmond
Diarra > Barnet
Effiong > Aldershot
Loza > Barnet
Nwabuokei > Barrow

One up, one down, four sideways(ish).

Cheers. Not surprised by Block. Pleased for Soloman and the rest are fair enough. Would expect Max to make it at least to this level. Oakley and Smith in the league below. Champion probably won’t find a club.

There has been rumours he’s going to Aldershot if that’s the case then I’m more then delighted

Loza, Kabamba and Moussa all scored in Barnet’s win. I’m convinced that at least one of them will score against us this season coming.

Speaking of Barnet, I see they signed Dale Gorman yesterday, so that's one rumour gone.
