Not a great start but plenty of time to get back in it

Weird goal to concede but I also don't know how we're not level. That save from Ferdinand is fantastic.

They are 2nd in every department except goals.
If they don't improve we should get something from this.

We haven't been amazing. But it genuinely feels like we have just been the better side and lost 4-0

What a weird game.

Poor goal at the beginning, respond very well and control the game for 70 minutes, and then absolutely collapse for the last five. Absolutely shocking defending for some of them, pure lack of concentration - not sure Ross can do anything about any of them. Am I right in thinking that they had four shots in the second half and scored three of them?

Their keeper deserves a lot of credit, should be MOTM. Came for a lot of crosses, couple of brilliant saves.

Team still on the pitch. Dowse looks confused, not angry.

The amount of crosses and corners we had yet did absolutely nothing with them . They literally had four chances and scored with all of them ! We need a big target man if we are going to continue playing like that .

Match report:
We didn’t deserve that. Weekend ruined.
Ridiculously poor first goal.
Bit lightweight up top but played well.
Threw the dice towards the end with three at back. Concede sucker punch and get a shellacking.
Football is shit.

I wonder if those of us who scoffed at Weymouth’s feelings of being hard-done by (I did!) now know what it’s like to feel robbed without actually having been good enough.

If only there was a German word for it ☹️

I remember a tuesday night game at home to Morecambe many years ago, they battered us , we had 3 shots and won 3-0

Would be worse if we were shite today

I don’t think “they battered us” really covers it! They utterly cut us apart, it was totally one way traffic.....apart from our three goals....
