Admin - The cheats charter Screw over those you owe, do it when -10pts wont send you down and start afresh next season with a smile on your face. Watch them stay full time too when they clearly cant afford it Admin should equal relegation and 10pts from next seasons total, not this seasons Pisstake...

Re: Tuesday thoughts & MDs Record so far

After tonight, not even the most optimistic fans can claim we’ve improved under Doyle, surely.

Re: Tuesday thoughts & MDs Record so far

We’ve probably ‘only’ got to win 5 of the last 13. Looking at the fixtures, you’d feel we really need to win 2 of our next 4 (Ebbsfleet, Wealdstone, Gateshead and Kiddy). Then we would need to find 3 wins from the final 9. Leave aside Barnet, Bromley, Alty and Rochdale from those 9. That means 3 win...

Re: Tuesday thoughts & MDs Record so far

It’s all OK because Rio told me we’ve got better and Doyle can claim credit for the Dorking win but can’t be blamed for the draws/defeats early on in his spell. That's not even close to what I said though, is it. I think we've been better in Doyles first ten games than Sarlls last ten, despite inhe...

Re: Tuesday thoughts & MDs Record so far

Wakefield is a classic example of avoiding your lad going into football. I used to see all the hopefuls on the train to Chelsea. Its the hope the pulls them but statistically very little chance , Hudson Odoi was a positive outcome but as rare as hens teeth Wakefield was at Cobham for 8 years, out a...

Re: Tuesday thoughts & MDs Record so far

Doyle will have had more than enough time to turn it around if we do go down.

He would have needed about 7 wins from 23 matches (25 points from 23 matches) from the time of appointment.

Plus he's been allowed to bring in half a new team - DKE, Dyche, Smith, Edwards, Luker, Kendall, Walker

Re: Supporters Coach to Rochdale

Adam, is 2pm not slightly late to be leaving? It probably takes 4.5 hours in a car on a good day with no traffic so allowing 5.5 hours including rush hour traffic seems to be cutting it a bit fine. (appreciate there may be another reason for leaving at 2pm)

Re: Tuesday thoughts & MDs Record so far

Eastleigh should be OK - they have the bottom two to play next and have McCallum who scores for fun. I can't see us getting in anyone else up front. We recently signed Walker and Kendall and the last couple of matches we've only played 1 up front. It's hard to know who we could get without having ye...

Slavi Spasov setting up Jonny Goddard for Slough is worth a watch.
Well worked goal from Slough. Fantastic finish from Jonny Goddard. Pleased to see him doing well. One of my all time favourite Woking players.
Goddard is up there with Buzaglo, Betsy and McNamee, imo.

That's more of a panic by gary johnson than dazzer getting alfie in. He hadn't played since leaving concord rangers in November, was no good in the nls anyway and is in his 30's torquay in meltdown
Is Gary Johnson STILL at Torquay?!

Re: Ex-Player update: May 2022

I think it was Sarls biggest mistake and he could still be manager if he had signed a proper 6 ft 2 number 9, in the summer . We got away with it last season having 3 small men up front , Dackers made them look better as he couldn’t jump and win a header ., but really, really paid for it this seaso...

Well exactly, how dare a L1 play-off contender team offer him a 3 year contract, its an OUTRAGE....

Re: Ex-Player update: May 2022

Are Dorking still part-time? They were supposed to be switching from evening to morning training this season. Allegedly they paid £50k for Charlie Carter, so they're not quite the glorified village team that the media likes to suggest. I wish we had spent the daly money on him and not a striker fro...

Re: Ex-Player update: May 2022

Hilarious. I get the feeling Dowse offered him to meet the squad once and he kept turning up to training/in the warm ups and it got too far in for Dowse to say anything. We were meant to be a fully professional team and we had one of the manager’s mates kids joining in with every keeper warm up like...

Greg Luer and Nicky Wheeler’s Worthing lose a bizarre match at home, 4-3 to Alan Dowson’s Dartford, featuring, Jordan Wynter, Moussa Diarra and a lumbering Alex Wall. Usual suspects in his entourage, including the “Ginger Kid”.. A goalkeeping display the makes Will look competent from the Worthing ...

Ben Gerring has left Bideford

I think he's trying to complete full set of every club in the South West
After leaving us his cycle is: join club, fall out with manager, leave club, slag off club and claim it's everyone else's fault as they couldn't handle a "strong character". Rinse and repeat.

Re: Ex-Player update: May 2022

I know it was probably discussed during their contract negotiations with Hyde. But if it wasn’t, isn’t it a breach of contract to refuse to play in 20% of matches? The employer has a duty of care in regards to the health and safety of its employees. So a refusal to work and being able to demonstrat...
