Re: WFC TV | Woking 2 - 0 Wealdstone | Match Highlights and Interviews

Was a very good performance..hopefully it will shut up the “Dowse out” brigade who seem more vocal on their keyboard than on the terraces.. or maybe there arnt that many and the vast majority of the support get behind the manager and the team Whilst I’m firmly in support of the manager, does a win,...

Re: 9 league games before March

Feels like the elephant in the room is our expectations for the next 10 games rely pretty heavily on whether we sell Campbell or not. If he's still here on Feb 1st, I would say 15 points is a fairly tricky but realistic target. If he's gone, we'll do well to break double figures. If we can put the ...

Can't wait to be 'thrilled' with the same players in the same positions (that dont work) making the same mistakes against Wealdstone Or maybe it will be more THRILLING signings like Louis Britton ? And as so many have said Dowson scapegoats the players all the time, in a very public manner Even wor...

Another puff piece to prop up the manager.

No dissenting voices against Aldershot?

No scapegoating in that dressing room? He obviously doesn't listen to what his manager says.
Will this make you boo John Katz?
I could probably find a better way/approach to make my pont to him.

Re: Weymouth pot their manager

How many points did Aldershot have when they sacked their manager? I think Dowse has won more points than each of those club had won, combined, at the time when they sacked their managers. It’s hardly the same as here, is it? (That’s ignoring community work - just the points he’s won for this club)...

Re: The Next Four Games, thoughts please?

Dowson was set 14 from 18 points by Katz or 4 wins and two draws. Always unfair as that started with Boreham Wood and a point there would have been a good result. However the maximum we can get is 10 points now. Can't really add much more to what you've said about the winnability of the games. All I...

Ever considered the fact that torquay were just better than us Changing the question as the answers don't suit? Of Torquay were better than us over the season they won the league by a significant margin. However they got that Margin because we were dogshit in March. When it mattered they put a winn...

Re: One word answers only: Dowse IN or OUT?

The 18/19 analogy is pretty irrelevant by quoting we only got 13 points out of 33, we'd effectively lost the title with that draw at home to torquay and then lost 3 games to chelmsford , Gloucester Concord rangers , saving ourselves for the playoffs which we were.guaranteed to be part of...why quot...

well yes, you are correct in your comments, but he did play 4-4-2 against Aldershot, even the official reporter said it in his report, it didn't work either Unfortunately he is mistaken in sticking with Champion at the back, I also think the Beast is no longer upto it either, and that's the manager...

Re: One word answers only: Dowse IN or OUT?

I slaughtered the signing of Loza at the time, was quite surprised Diarra was taken back after Dowson's comments at the time. Seeing as it hasn't quite worked, this time you wonder whether there was to much water under the bridge and should have been best left alone. Shotton could have been resigned...

Re: One word answers only: Dowse IN or OUT?

Yes, but that's not the point. I dont disagree that both those were better but it definitely makes a difference that they were never our players. Diarra didn't replace Shotton. Shotton was always leaving. Same for Davison. I would argue diarra and loza improved the squad as Shotton and Davison were...

Re: One word answers only: Dowse IN or OUT?

Last season's abject surrender threw away a lot of goodwill Dowson had. As I said earlier, he paid fees for two players and made the squad weaker. It's hard to take this season on isolation, but it does follow a trend of starting seasons well and getting worse. Let's be honest we've supposedly doub...

We then made three changes. Charlton were never going to.let us keep Davison after we almost broke him chasing long balls a...
