Morning all, as per the title I just wanted to remind people that Bromley match tickets must be purchased in advance for tonight.

They are not available on the gate

See you there, COYC!
Joke decision.

Re: Match Thread Wealdstone H

Job done today - good to see not only a win but a clean sheet too - defence looked a lot more mobile, compatible and assured with the introduction of Longe-King.

Dare I say we looked a better defensive unit without Casey.

Lots of chances created and could’ve been 4 or 5 nil up at the break.

https://twitter.com/wokingfc/status/1484579041428529161?s=21 Thanks! I thought the same during the food video posted this week - where the chips fell on to the work surface before being put back into the Shawarma wrap!! Being a professional outfit - who signs off these videos? Any danger of doing a...

Re: That ABOMINATION on Facebook

I’ve just had the misfortune of being passed a link to our “new-player-quick-note-to-the-fans” promo. I won’t link it, as it’s probably already considered a hate crime to forward it. You know when someone takes a photo for you and you ask if there’s a bogey, or a couple shagging behind you? Well, S...

Re: New Signings

You’d hope that they’ve delayed any announcements until late in the day to avoid giving the opposition a decent heads up. If not then the usual still applies. Used to be a Garry Hill tactic! I think the reality is at this level, that a lot of the agents work for the same agencies or at the very lea...

Maguire Drew - a class creative talent at this level, helping our competitors push for a play off place.

Half way through Jan - where are these new permanent exciting signings?

Would’ve been beneficial to get a couple of weeks training without a match to embed the new recruits into systems, tactics etc.

Why don’t we look at getting a Ferris wheel and dodgems near the fan zone then none of us have to endure the football and Katz will make more money - win win!

Re: Weymouth pot their manager

Is there any way of knowing how many free tickets the club have given out per match? How many matches has the club given free tickets to local clubs, schools etc? I don't have an issue with free tickets being given out as such. If it was a measure of how successful we are on the pitch, why was 2 se...

Re: Weymouth pot their manager

So why has it not been addressed in full time training for the last couple of months? Hindsight is great innit, at the start of the season this looked a pretty good defence but has turned out be rather poor in a lot of games, as i said a kick up the jacksy out of the club if ness. Full time managem...

Re: Weymouth pot their manager

The season ends in April/May so how could he have got Ebbsfleet relegated when he left in the October? Ebbsfleet had horrendous financial problems - players not paid etc - to suggest they were awash with cash when he was there at the end of his reign is again very wide of the mark. This is a really...

Re: Weymouth pot their manager

Crucial time for them so a change was certainly required as they have to get some points on the board very quickly. Be interesting to see who they draft in as a replacement what's Garry Hill up to??? Last seen getting money-bags Ebbsfleet relegated. The season ends in April/May so how could he have...

Re: Impact of subs

We don’t make subs to put other teams to bed. We make subs to try and NOT lose - which has the complete opposite effect because we don’t have the capability to implement this successfully (whether that’s player ability or not getting the most from training/limited management is up for debate - would...

A good playing record compared to Alan but would he do anything in the community or liaise with local businesses? (A criteria which Katz seemingly gets drawn to when hiring football managers)

My guess is that both players would have either played for Alan before or join us from an u23 setup.
