Jack Roles and his Crawley side win their playoff final against Crewe. Happy for Jack after how he was treated by a certain individual. This is a strange comment… Is this another secret behind the scenes WFC clique thing? How was he badly treated? As I remember it, the Former manager said he’d inte...

Re: Sarill goes to Hartlepool

Be rather interesting to see how a National League side would do against Shamrock Rovers, Bohs, Shels or St Pats all who play in Dublin. Be more interesting to see how anti-IRA songs stack up against the local ra, particulary in Tallaght if we played Rovers....anyhow, not gonna happen (as much as I...

Re: Sarill goes to Hartlepool

FAI is in full swing atm, a Summer league so no chance of a PSF, sadly.

Would be a great trip……

I enjoyed Stratford both times. Let's hope we arrange Lewes, Bognor or Worthing on a saturday
With Doyle’s connection’s in that area, add H&W, Gosport Borough and Chichester City into that mix, all Isthmian or Southern League Premiership level.

Re: Changes to the National League - Christmas/Easter

If they had made better decisions in 1997, none of their problems would have happened. At that time, they owned the ground, outright. That sounds familiar, doesn't it? I don't dispute your timeline Adrian but Wimbledon saw an opportunity, took it, then a number of years later they saw it and took i...

Re: Changes to the National League - Christmas/Easter

No one “Shafted Kingstonian”, they shafted themselves, many years before Chelsea arrived on the scene. Do you not think Wimbledon did a bit? If not why did they agree to a seven figure payment to acknowledge the impact of them selling Kingsmeadow to a buyer who had openly stated they would not let ...

Re: Changes to the National League - Christmas/Easter

Absolutely this matters. This is a policy creep towards B Teams in the pyramid. Have no doubt. It’s no coincidence that there was an announcement that cup replays are removed, only a few weeks before they say there’s a new competition to fit in… …a competition designed solely for the benefit of big...
