Our tactics at goal kicks, as well as corners, seem to be to aim at a crowded bunch of players and hope for the best. I'm not sure how effective this is, nor do I understand why we usually kick straight into touch from kick-offs. This gifts the ball to the opposition.

I recall Raphael Nade being brutally barged into the railings at Stevenage, and Cockerill standing guard on the touchline over his prostrate body, while the match continued regardless. And wasn't there a long sequence of alternate draws and losses under his reign?

If the LGS is to remain in place, possibly complemented by a new west stand, I would urge the club to consider how to make the steps accessing the seating less hazardous. Descending them with nothing to hold onto isn't a pleasant experience.

Thanks, it's a 2700 Classic. I don't have the technical details you mentioned, but it has now started showing all the replies within topics so the problem seems to have resolved itself.

The new forum looks great on my computer, but on my (three years old) Nokia mobile I can only view the first message in each topic.
