Re: government financial support

were torquay averaging much higher than us? Does Stockport (leaving aside for the moment that they are spaffing money) have a higher cost model than us? Boreham wood must be delighted. Doubt they received that much in gate receipts, bar takings etc for their lost home game attendances. on the face o...

Re: Club Statement: Prospective Investors

Interesting. Looks like Katz is the doer and Volpe has the equity fund money somewhere - it's unclear which entry on his linkedin would be the vehicle to invest in a sports team. Final Third Sport LLC does exist, but not much information on Dun & Bradstreet in the way of trading history. Doesn't app...

Re: Streaming Statement

Club gets too emotive in responding to the whims and whinges of cardsboard. The commercial team should be controlling the pricing and the comms on streaming. The statement, is muddled and doesn't provide clarity. Recognise the problem, explain the cause, provide the solution. If it is our broadband ...

Re: Today’s stream

There must be a minimum broadband speed for this particular stream. Perhaps the Football Club could publicise it and then those that don’t have it won’t a) waste their money b) won’t come on here moaning. Presuming of course that’s where the problem lies and the problem isn’t at source, i.e. the fo...

Re: Today’s stream

yeh the FC Halifax fans aren't happy with the stream on their forum, couple have already asked for refunds.

I have sympathy for the club, I won't be asking for a refund, but we do need to sort our internet connection /identify what the issue is.

What's the bit of audio equipment needed to get a decent line in from. BBC Surrey?

Let's crowd fund it. Sounds like shooting star Vic reeves doing the club singing round

I tried to watch on a smart tv, was awful. Switched to iPad and it’s miles better

I had the same watching Chesterfields stream on Saturday. (same host company now)

On my smart TV, it would crash the built inWeb browser. Streaming now from my ps4 and it is fine and smooth

I fully expected some teething issues and priced that in when I bought it.

I think it's a fantastic effort that will only get better. Happy for the club to have my £12 regardless of if it worked or not
