To be more credible this league needs to ban plastic pitches
There’s not many left anymore is there? Is Tamworth the only one?

Re: CUM ON DA TROFY

Out of the 14 different possibilities of the draw (including home/away) Oxford away is probably the 5th best we could have got. I’ll definitely take that.

Avoids another long northern trip too.

Re: Ex-Player update: May 2022

Regarding Robinson, would we be better recalling him then loaning to Ebbsfleet or a higher side not a direct competitor to avoid relegation. Bit ironic if our own player sends us down on D-Day as if he comes into form he will earn them points. I don't think with this manager it will come to that bu...

Re: When is the Rochdale home game?

Rochdale have a lot of other league games to fit in too, as they've only played 24 vs our 28. They have midweek games scheduled every Tuesday from now until 11th March, so 18th March would be the next available date. We could potentially re-arrange the Halifax game for 11th March as neither of us ha...

Re: Big game tomorrow?

Indeed - if Wealdstone and Fylde win tomorrow we’ll only be 3 points above the relegation zone. And 5 of our next 7 league games are against top half sides. Plus we could end up having the Rochdale (who are 6th) in that run too. But tomorrow is a MASSIVE opportunity for us in the Trophy. We haven’t ...

Re: WFC TV | Hartlepool United 1-1 Woking | Highlights and Interviews

I remember at least two regular posters on here saying he was out of his depth back in September. I think he's mustard, but it would be good to see him contribute a bit more in games There were definitely comments post Braintree away. As if Matt Ward was simply not good enough for this level based ...

Re: WFC TV | Hartlepool United 1-1 Woking | Highlights and Interviews

I dont think anyone has said he has under performed this season have they? I think they were legit questions on how he performed last season, but he has been a completely different player this season easily player of season so far Some people also thought Ward was out of his depth. Opinions can cha...

Re: Ex-Player update: May 2022

Billy Sass-Davies warmed the bench for Hartlepool yesterday. We could do with a defender on loan... If I’m right, I think we only have one loan spot left on the 5 available for the match day squad. Currently: Vincent Mazionis Okoli Chicksen I imagine the management are saving that in case we get a ...

Probably just tradition as football has been played on Saturday for ever. Most people would find it easier to attend on Saturdays as well. Plus the BIG premier league games are typically on TV on Sunday afternoons ie Man United v Liverpool which would reduce non league attendances. It would probably...

In previous seasons Mr Gorman has:

22/23 41 games 8 yellows
21/22 40 games 12 yellows

Hahaha good old Ben Gerring. Don’t blame him for taking his 15 minutes of fame around the Watford game. Ben Gerring swapped shirts with Troy Deeney after that game. He then wacked it on EBay the following morning. Harvey Bradbury put the Watford shirt he got from Miguel Britos (who?) on Depop as we...

This has always annoyed me way more than it should.

Surely it’s the ‘Moaner’s Corner’ which should be in quotes, if anything.

We still haven’t had an official statement about the exact money we got from Harry Arter’s sell on clause.

Cian Harries told me he only left because Wafflebutt shouted at him.

Jaaskeleinen hasn’t grown since last season.

Less so when he started running his mouth ahead of the Torquay 3-3 game, put too much pressure on himself and ended up getting sent off.

as for Chicksen, i didnt realise an outfield player could be described as having 'flappy control', thought that was saved for keepers. If the option is him, Jones or Lewis at LB, I know which most of the support would go for. Hes not the best player we have, but we had bigger problems when NA came ...

I mean I’ll take it but I don’t think it’s a pen.
