Re: Dowse's Friday Catch-Up | 15/01/2021

Desperate to go full time. Little things that can give you the edge - Aldershot trained on New Years' Day, for example. We can't do that. If being part-time is being held up as a reason we turned in that steaming dog turd of a display on the 2nd Jan then I'm concerned. Luckily it wasn't being held ...

Re: Jonte Smith

Thats a moot point as we are currently 2 points of the playoffs and that's a fact. What you are saying is based on unknown results... alot of if they win and they win. Just saying its not all bad and some of you need to realise this. There's hardly massive uproar is there? Nobody calling for Dowse ...

Re: Jonte Smith

So all those teams will win both of those games? 🤔 So you think they’ll all lose both games? Unless they do (not even possible) we’re not gonna be 2 points off the playoffs are we? Thats a moot point as we are currently 2 points of the playoffs and that's a fact. What you are saying is based on unk...

Re: Jonte Smith

Did enjoy reading this "Woking are sitting a comfortable twelfth on 21 points in the National League, one place behind Justin Donawa’s Solihull Moors and two points outside the promotion play-off places." May put our current form into perspective for alot of people. *having played at least 2 more g...

So it appears Gold has got what he wanted, first refusal on the land, and as feared by fans at the beginning, he has zero interest in the football club.
I thought it was quite apparent that he had no interest in the club, I dont think anyone feared it.

Re: Slough Town

It amazes me how anyone can be angry at the government because of covid. The first wave was forgivable?? How in gods name were they supposed to stop it? no, this situation was not avoidable barring some very weird set of circumstances that nobody would have planned. I would love to know how anyone....

Re: Slough Town

when the circumstances change the strategy can change. It's not unreasonable to call for or suggest that the season be suspended or cancelled. 1100 people died yesterday. the covid situation is serious. As for the inevitable "well what about clubs finances" the answer is simple - govt should adequa...

Re: 12th

Surely all little old part time wokings games are difficult on paper yet we are 15thish on points per game. Dowse will sort our form out, I have an immense amount of faith in him. Have some faith guys. From some of what I have read on here the last 2 weeks you would think we are title contenders wit...

Cannot expect to score very often when the midfield are more ball winners than ball passes, quality being ignored elsewhere in the squad that could provide the assists. Will we escape the drop with this game plan ?
Hahahahahaha
