Re: Jake Hyde

Liked Hyde when he was here and agree his hold up play and finishing around the box was very good but agree with the view that we need to move on from signing past players and start with a fresh new group and push on. Hyde is a very good player, but agree 100% we need fresh blood I don't want to se...

Kings Lynn are lower than us (at the moment) it seems people on here watch all the games they play, do they really play amazing attacking football??

It is slow moving but isn't without hilarious moments. Although it was part of a wider point, Shatwell said yesterday he contacted the police to report fraud because support letters for the stadium had come from Holland. Those pesky Dutch Cards!
Does he think Holland doesn't exist then?? 🤔

Who celebrates by putting their fingers in their ears, against a side third bottom, in an empty stadium?

Are we going to have a vote on the placement and colour of the logo? ;-)

Don't think it looks too bad, lower it, and it will sit far too low - IMO.
I can't believe it's not on a shield if I'm honest, I feel sick.

He got a “thumbs up” from Graham Rix on Linkedin which in itself is a dodgy honour.

Re: Mick Livesey | Around The Cards

The Aldershot part made me laugh and cringe in equal measure. He's been here 5 mins ffs. A little misguided IMO. Reminded me of Dave Riche joining Farnborough and saying "Why would businesses spend their money at Woking when they could come here and spend it an ambitious club?" Jeez, did he really ...

Re: Mick Livesey | Around The Cards

Trying very hard to be popular by giving it the big one to Aldershit fans in his first interview for the club. Completely bizarre. Clubs in its worst run of form for 20 years and you’ve been brought in to sell sponsors boards and fish and chip dinners in the lounge, so do just that. Part of the int...

Re: Mick Livesey | Around The Cards

Some of the responses on here... albeit tongue in cheek ... go a long way to showing why we see ourselves as ‘little old Woking’. Go for it Mick - love the positivity, sell the club to the town and help us change the mindset https://twitter.com/MickLivesey/status/1390918615298363393?s=19 Let's hope ...

Far too positive. No place for him on moaners (except for putting up the engraved name plaques board!) I guess he will have to learn that nothing apart from multi million pound sponsorship deals will save him from personal attacks on here! Lucky the "head of recruitment" hasn't put himself front an...

10k plus is crazy, it just goes to show they don't give a shit about grass roots football, they should have a discount for sports teams etc. How does any club in non league pay for it? I mean if we're claiming we're selling the away club streams too then it's probably spot on... 'you only stream 'cus it's Woking'...
Yeah I'm guessing it must include away games also, any sponsor of any note would want to see proof rather than believe random figures.

100% agree the bar has to have sky and BT sport to bring in customers.
Does anyone have any idea how much it would cost? Now with the increase in budget, could it be something the "boost the budget" money could go towards??
