Well these verbal morons just won't let go will they banging on about Stevenage. As Woking prides itself on being a family club which it is generally and an enjoyable place to watch football these comments are embararassing for the club. Every club seems to to have an element of these people and judging by the comments on this thread we have some fully paid up members. ME, I'll just enjoy last nights great win and move on to the next. Anyone who wants to reply and carry on with there stupid posts are just confirming what I said at the start of this post. For Christ sake let's enjoy what our fine team are doing at the moment with positive comments about OUR CLUB.
As a “family club” whatever that means, I’d be hoping Fathers and Grandfathers are telling their little ones the reason why Stevenage are vermin and cheating scum!!

If not only to ensure Victor Green’s exploits are never swept under carpet, but to also to bond the generations of Woking support together.

“Wash yer mouth out son!”

Happy to discuss this with you on Saturday at Fylde.

Proud to be a Verbal Moron that Sunbrow dislikes!!!

Even if they get relegated they had 10 years of football league playing famous old clubs like Portsmouth,Wolves,PNE,Sheffield United so it would seem slightly ridiculous to mock them.

In any case Bury seem like they be expelled fairly soon and there maybe one or two other basket cases in the wings at the end of the season so probably one at best for relegation from league two.

They could win the champions feckin league and they'd still be ripe for mocking. No end of success or failure will change what they deserve.

Reasonable comment by JAM. I played football with Geoff in my younger years and have played for and supported Woking for as I said 25 years
Let's play Guess Who?
You played for Woking 25 years ago, as a younger player, against Stevenage?
You can't be Lloyd Wye or Clive Walker!
You supported Portsmouth, are you Kevan Brown, he signed from them. No too old.
My guess is Lee Tierling? Started as an apprentice at Portsmouth.

It is an interesting one. For me, Stevenage is the club I 'hate' the most. That said, there is also some jealousy about what they have achieved in getting to league football and we have to say well done through gritted teeth.

The Stevenage of the 90s are no more, much like Hitler is no more. Still doesn't mean if woking ever play Stevenage again I will be more up for that game than Aldershot much like England playing Germany. I'm not comparing Stevenage to the Nazis, just saying that the past will still influence you.

However, as much as I am enjoying their poor start to the season, it is early days, as I state above, they have done much more than us and maybe ever will.

When I dislike a club its the package, manager, certain players , ground and fans
Stevenage ground wasn’t bad compared to the Rec,Shots fans erghhhh, Westley, aweful human being.I remember a quote from a Woking Director at a fans meeting saying Stevenage was run very well (presumably financially, not that ultra cheating episode)
Memories of Stevenage are fading for me. Soooooo, dead heat!

Very sorry, but I thought forum threads were there for us all to read. I hope I haven't broken the rules😪
They're for everyone to read, including people who disagree with you. If it's not of interest to you, just don't comment. If you barge in with self-righteous opinions that nobody else on the entire forum agrees with - and that's no exaggeration, you are literally alone on this one - your responses are there for all to read, and in this case, to prompt Flakey to use his annual post on Cardsboard to call you a cake.
What a cake indeed.
