Or about the same with the lure of working for GH tipping the balance, the manager who propelled him to his original successes

If you listen carefully he actually says DT offered him the job and Colin Lippiatt went behind DT's back and offered it to Gray, but don't let the facts spoil a good story.moordykespot wrote: ↑Sat Jul 13, 2019 1:59 pmSuper Podcast Really enjoyable. Whilst he was very complementary about Woking and the Fans. Interesting snippet About David Taylor allegedy offering him the Job then going behind his back and appointing Frank Gray.

Re: Ex-Cards News (May '19 onwards)
Well... Italian retirement for workers... is driving me crazy: last year I got a letter saying I had to work 'till 68 y.o. (Actually, 9 more bloody years...).
That shall bring unemployment for young people (they have to wait for me or... pray the Almighty I disappear earlier!) but... is under discussion a revised version shortening the years to work, maybe 3 or 4.
I'd like I had two good feet and retire as footballer at 36... and relax somewhere under a large canopy.

Be fair, that is a reasonable result for Braintree, seeing as they only had nine men...

He could face Celtic in the next round of the Champion’s League, if both sides get through this round. He’s done alright for himself. Glad he came back after what was a bad injury.

Wow he really has fallen... I watched him as a trialist for us at Badshot Lea and he struggled to impress. Surely he can do better than Staines Town!
