Latest #getbehindtheshirt numbers - the last lap

Post by Nico » Mon May 11, 2020 1:04 pm

There are now well over 800 names signed up but Get Behind The Shirt has a strict deadline and ends this coming Sunday at 5pm.

There has also been a significant number of new sign ups and 20 shirts sold in the first hour ( 5 are the NHS 3rd kit) since the pre order details went live so 1000 is definitely on! ( Please note names are not on the NHS shirts but it is a great shirt!)

Great work by Steve Knight and Sam Loxton

Still time to add your name, favourite player, your children, your dog, cat or goldfish

Its the final week of this great initiative and we are now very close to getting 900 names on next season's team shirt - 891 to be exact (as of last night); so yes still going for 1000 names

The pre ordering of the shirts is also doing really well and feedback on the designs with sponsors added has been very positive.

It is a strict deadline (Sunday 5pm) because then Macron can guarantee getting us the shirts on time (late July). They have been candid and said that after that it is really hard to say when or whether they could get us additional shirts as everything is up in the air across European football. So if you want to be sure of getting your shirt in good time you really need to preorder - after that no guarantees

A couple of the £1000 packages have gone in the last few days with families getting together - but whether its £25 or £1000 it is all very much appreciated and helps the club.

A few more videos in the pipeline - including the 'One and Only'!

Ian, we'll have to co-ordinate a particular game for everybody to wear their shirts - perhaps the first game next season - it would look great at the stadium!!

So Chesney did the business!

As of 8.30 this morning we have just broken the 950 mark and are now on the downhill stretch towards 1000 ! A nice little flurry from the Netherlands in the new names.

Should be another video going up later - if what I am told is correct it could be Laurence Batty's biggest fan ?

Mate of Dowse's I think - pretty random but fun. Maybe the team should run out to 'One and Only'?

A good enough mate to get away with calling him Alan?
Scorer of possibly the greatest goal in the history of the Woking FC Supporters' team

Ordering issues

Post by TWR » Thu May 14, 2020 10:49 pm

Hi,

I’m having issues pre-ordering a shirt from the shop. Keeps saying there are issues with the cart. But I can’t see what is wrong to change it.

Just ordered my Cardinal Blue package, seems to work really easily on an iPad. Really impressed with our commercial guys and the club for coming up with this whole initiative in these strange times.
