It was us and on/off Maidenhead. I think there maybe some confusion around whether ‘National League’ includes NLS and NLN or not.

I think Stockport also claim to be in the middle of making the transition from part-time to full-time - although apparently they have a Monday morning training session, so they can hardly claim to be predominantly part-time.

To go back to the original post, I don't recall anyone suggesting we were the only part-time club in the division, so I'm not quite sure how we were "sold a lie".

Naturally Stu will back up his claim shortly with references to where he was sold a lie, why it’s incorrect and it’ll be completely clear to all of us. It’s just not like him to either not understand or to post complete rubbish.

Stockport will be one of the favourites next season, moving to full time as the season came to an end and had made some impressive signings before than like the Salford Captain Lloyd. All funded by a takeover

One issue with being part time.

If our players are on an August-April contract, should the league resume in May-June, with the intention of clubs completing their remaining 8-9 fixtures in a clustered 3-4 week period, are we not at a significant disadvantage to clubs with 12 month playing contracts?

Would be interesting to see what kind of team we could field !, Might be a chance for players who are free agents to put themselves in the shop window

Will certainly be a really odd time for football
