WFCTV - Content Suggestions

Post by CardinalNewman » Tue Mar 24, 2020 9:47 pm

Hi all,

Thank you for your continued support of WFCTV over the past few seasons. Since Mick started the Youtube channel back in 2009/10, the channel and the camera team has grown and we are very proud of the output that currently put out!

Obviously with the current hiatus, we would still like to get some content out to you.

Currently in the works we have full match edits of the big games from last year (hopefully starting at 3pm this Saturday, stay tuned!)
We will also have some new episodes of Every Goal of the Decade coming soon.

If you have any suggestions, please let us know on this thread!

Mix and match the edits of all the big games creating one 90 minute game you can release every Saturday, Then we can being back the prediction league and finish our season properly. Keep us guessing right to the very end!

Might be impossible, but is there any chance of uploading some older content? There used to be a non league portal (when cockerill was manager) that showed just goals rather than highlights. If you were able to get access to that and have it in the Woking FC channel, it would be great to have some older games. Also, if there’s a way of adding any other content that people have on VHS too.

Another thing that will need to wait until it’s safe, but we should add a Phoenix from the Flames section, where selected Woking fans recreate classic goals from the past, ideally with an interview with the goal scorer.

A montage of every goal we ever scored against Satanage. To whet the appetite for next season (hopefully).

I’m offering to be one of the West Brom defenders as a Timmy Buz (in his late 50s) accelerates past me, if you can get a West Brom kit in that size. Actually, we should mandate that anyone posing as a West Brom defender for this has a BMI that is in the red zone at least.

As a suggestion ….

Could David/ the club show a game each week ( say wed at 8pm ) streamed so we can watch it all together ?

We could then discuss the game live on here plus you could even have a match day sponsor , new 2020 man of the match etc- with all proceeds going to the club.

Has anyone got a digital copy of "From Kingfield to Goodison", I have it on VHS. That would be a good watch.

What about a tournament with E games?
Take 2/4 players for each team and connect them through the web.

WE shall suggest
1) the best team
2) the scheme 442, 443, 352 and so on.

Our best E gamers should play whilst we could predict score and scorers.

Can you do webcam interviews with players? Maybe get them to comment on clips of big goals etc?
The end of scene video with Inns and Doyle was hilarious.

A "Teammates" style segment as per old Soccer AM? Would need the player to film themselves and answer the questions sent through beforehand
