Fans may be aware that the earliest date for the Kingfield regeneration planning decision at the Council had been 17th March. Due to an unprecedented number of supportive letters alongside a time delay from several statutory authorities in responding, the planning decision is now expected on 7th April at the earliest.

As someone that knows little about planning applications, is a high number of supportive letters likely to delay an application? Hopefully nothing to worry about...
