FA Trophy

When you look at the last 8, it's almost a travesty we didn't get through.

Most successful club in it's history and teams like Aveley and Halesowen are through

After beating Kingston we would have got past Leamington and then edged past Concord today. A favourable run. Our name was on the cup!

Sure it doesn't but losing to a team 2 divisions below at that early stage plays a part. Had we gone through Kingstonian the draws were favourable..the final 8 is made of many teams below us and it feels like we've missed a trick

Oh it's definitely an opportunity missed, but all the other NL teams who have gone out will be thinking the same.

Then we would have got Royston Town at home. Think the FA are keen for Notts County on getting to Wembley, though fair play to them for beating Yeovil at the weekend

That's some trip for Plymouth in The Vase as well

We couldn’t even beat a team 2 divisions below in the First Round. Why would we have beaten two teams only 1 division below in Rounds 2&3?

Worcester City in the Vase. I hadn't realised they'd fallen that low.

I really can’t see the point of this thread and why it’s a travesty. We only have ourselves to blame, nobody or nothing else. We’re out, the players didn’t fancy it all those rounds ago so no point speculating what might have been.
