Neil Smith came in to record our podcast recently with a good chunk of Woking chat (from 45.00) - plus loads of interesting stuff on the rest of his career.

Naked Leader strikes again ?

Wow, this guy was miles off NLS standard. If that’s the sort of standard of player that they are bringing in then they’ll really struggle.

Some great comments from Smudger. If you listen carefully he actually says DT offered him the job and Colin Lippiatt went behind DT's back and offered it to Gray, but don't let the facts spoil a good story.moordykespot wrote: ↑Sat Jul 13, 2019 1:59 pmSuper Podcast Really enjoyable. Whilst he was very complementary about Woking and the Fans. Interesting snippet About David Taylor allegedy offering him the Job then going behind his back and appointing Frank Gray.

A sideways move (crabs are prevalent in that part of the world) for him, and it seems odd to say it but he seems happy to stay at what is probably below his natural level...
...given his 50+ goals for Hythe in the previous 18 months. He scored a hat trick on his debut in a PSF yesterday.

Out of interest, does anyone know if he's still involved in the stadium development initiative?
