Not sure of the stats but in terms of goals scored or goals created on a points per game ratio, i would say KL has a higher score. Lewis played well against Aldershot but how many of his other performances just pass the game by? How many of his runs just fizzle out?

If the statto's prove me wrong then fair enough.

As said, fair enough.

Those stats are slightly skewed though, 14 of those Lofthouse appearances you included are as a sub.

Very surprised he had no actual assists at all last season though. I suppose that's why Sarll said goodbye to him.

It was move or fold. Couldn't find anywhere in Merton / Wimbledon. Move the club / rebrand it and go into a purpose built football stadium or just close for business. They were not the first club to relocate and rename. I assume that Arsenal, Man utd.. Gateshead etc are all Franchise FC's too? Yes - not all were 'modern day' but it was a move none the less and done at a time when a lot more real estate would have been available.
