Re: Kevin Berkoe

I thought he was poor today but scored an important goal. Luker would be one I would try to get on a season long loan if we could I thought Berkoe had a poor game, but then popped up with a fantastically calm finish when it mattered. Would love him to sign on next season. I’m still not convinced by...

Re: Dartford going down and fixture pile up

I can't believe someone likes Dartford or their ground. Did you like the world's worst drummer too?
Truro have loads of games because they forgot to take care of a fairly fundamental part of being a football club - having a football pitch.

Re: Updated run ins

Didn't Chester beat Barrow for us too despite being crap and having no players? Yep. And we only made it to the final day in reach because we scraped past an already relegated Guiseley team who had played Saturday, Tuesday, Thursday before our game there. Is that when we scraped a draw up there aga...

Re: Updated run ins

The relegation against Dover was pathetic. Just needed to win against an unimpressive Dover and never really looked likely, didn't even feel like there was a desperate attempt going on.

Re: WFC TV | Bromley 1-1 Woking | Highlights and Interviews

Ok, maybe Delap should have shielded that ball out. If he had been jogging over then definitely yes, but he’s sprinted 20 yards so he’s got to slow down, make sure he’s actually in the way, and brace. If he gets it wrong the Bromley player has the momentum to run round the long way and keep the bal...

Re: Bromley (A) Match Thread

I think this is a sensible post. Normally, I’d agree. But what changes would/could you make to improve that side with the remaining subs..? Bromley were having a bit of a go at the time, and why would you put the likes of (for example) Young Smith into that environment? He doesn’t seem the sort of ...

Not sure it really wastes time when the ref just adds it on anyway.
Even if he adds it all on it still takes momentum out of the opposition, and gives a chance for your defence to have a breather and reorganise.

Re: Bromley (A) Match Thread

Do we have any who can’t/won’t play on plastic?

The bounce/roll really is crap, and you can players don’t trust the grip.

Re: Bromley (A) Match Thread

Anyone enjoy watching the amount of plod running up and down the road to the station? Anyone would think Bromley were playing Millwall... They were on the train to Victoria too, and escorted the kids onto the next train! Not happy with Doyle throwing Delap under the bus, even if he didn't name him....

Re: Updated run ins

Didn’t Aldershot provide the funniest play off moment ever when their manager was celebrating their win on penalties before the shootout finished…and before the Shots utterly choked it?

Anyone mentioned Adriano Basso being on telly as Wednesday's goalkeeping coach. Didn't see him doing any star jumps unfortunately

And he’s very, very protective of his boy. Took me to task after a game because Gavin and I dared to criticise his boy’s performance during commentary. Said we were out of order and a disgrace. Has also been known to ring managers up to query why his boy’s not getting a game. Did he go full Glenn H...

Jake Vokins recalled by Southampton never really made his mark, looked a decent player at some points but never really good enough
I didnt rate him that highly but it means there is no back up for Casey.

Re: Ex-Player update: May 2022

I’m sure Dartford are chuffed their manager gets an agent halfway through the season.
Are those the best photos they could find?!
