That toilet player Kabamba flukes another. Glad we let him go.
We winning away at an ex FL team and you're posting about another team's player. Doesn't that seem a bit odd?

Re: Ex-Player update: May 2022

Wasn’t Kabamba widely derided as shit when he was with us anyway? The player we had looked disinterested, was a wayward finisher, lazy, unfit and generally quite shit. When we played there at the start of last season he won more in the air in one half than he did in all of his Woking games. Maybe i...

Lol TBF to Moussa I hope it works out for him. His behaviour during halftime at Barnet was a great example of the friendships football can bring people. Chatting to the Woking support, happy to have pictures taken with young fans. A top bloke. I believe Glenn's highlighting a rather valid criticism...

Inih Effiong collapsed at the end of the Dagenham game today and taken to hospital. Obviously not the most popular man on this forum but hope he's OK and recovers as well as possible. Hadn't seen that. Hope he makes a full recovery. Not every Woking fan's favourite player, but I loved Inih at Wokin...

One of the main reasons, but I can think of about ten thousand other reasons that were ahead of that one TBF.

Re: Ex-Player update: May 2022

When he's on his game Sol is class, but just doesn't do it consistently enough. That being said a good signing for them... Sort of expecting that them, Barnet, Bromley, and Boreham Wood will all be Top 10 again really. He’s a very strange player in a sense. Outstanding athlete and when 30+ yards fr...

Fair enough. I still think that the player we had in the first three months was excellent, but he only did it again about once after getting Covid. Hope he does well in all but two games next season.

Re: Ex-Player update: May 2022

Was worried he’d gone another level down. Don’t think I’ve heard of Chippenham since Charlie Griffin. Good luck to him. Not sure if it was a lack of pace after injury or a lack of confidence that held him back. I guess he signed to play left in a 4-2-3-1 initially last season and then didn’t have a ...

My memories of late 80s visits to Worthing involved hours (probably 15 minutes) in the arcades before the game. My two kids would be delighted with that.

Re: Ex-Player update: May 2022

You'd need Aldershot to remain as godawful as they have been all year while a couple of sides below them noticably improve. As much as I'd love to see them binned to the NLS, they only need a point a game to limp up to 49, which guarantees safety most of the time. Maidstone and Oldham are two of th...

Re: Ex-Player update: May 2022

Good luck to him. Looked better (aside from the Eastleigh game) at left back than when playing on the wing. Just didn’t take his chances. Looked like he had a quality cross on him, but more often than not didn’t beat the first man. I guess Moss/O’Connell/Lofthouse/Johnson would be cover if needed at...
