What sort of absolute fuck knuckle thinks you can go under the radar by just picking the name of the club and your first name as a username on a forum?

Re: Live stream

Whilst I’ve found any football in empty grounds incredibly difficult to watch, I’d be willing to pay the value of last season’s season ticket price to watch games until we are allowed to attend. If it meant the club started up again and protected our future, I’m happy to pay for a less than ideal sc...

Re: Max Kretzschmar signs a new deal

A squad is required right ? Of course, I guess I just expect us to prioritise getting the most important players signed first. I might be in a minority, but he wouldn’t make my starting 11 from the past couple of seasons very often. I’d hope he’s nowhere near a top earner either. Had we signed the ...

Re: Max Kretzschmar signs a new deal

Looks like his contract form worked a treat! Very happy with the previous two signings, but I'm a bit meh about Max. From my perspective not good enough for most of last season; but depending on who else we sign/our budget a decent squad player to have. I’m with you here all the way. He’s a squad p...

Re: Dave Tarpey signs a new deal

could we not use him as a Jamie Vardy type player - living on the shoulder etc he works bloody hard, is a natural goalscorer if played in his favourate position - which I presume is where Vardy plays? how can anyone score over 40 plus goals in a season from anywhere else? Did anyone see where he pl...

Re: Financial Controller opportunity

It’s a massive shame that Rosemary has had to come on here and make it clear that another of Jon’s claims are false. It’s also a shame that he doesn’t have the class to apologise for a number of misplaced claims about one of the club’s most valuable volunteers. Aside from volunteering in the program...

Re: Dowse's Friday Catch-Up | 03/07/2020

Nice to see the catch ups back and gives you more hope that we may see a live game at some point soon. Inih being sold didn't help us for sure that relegation season but also a lad named Joe Ward who's playing in league one was in my view a bigger loss as was such a great outlet, speed and really s...

Re: Financial Controller opportunity

I think you’ll find it is a witch hunt Jon. You’re the only person who repeatedly complains about Jon Davies, often completely out of the blue. If you’re blaming Paul for the sale of the tennis centre as well, without understanding what went on, you’re just extending the witch hunt and you’re being ...

Re: Financial Controller opportunity

I’d rather he did. He’s had an issue (that he doesn’t understand) with Jon Davies for years, but naming Paul Elmer (who I personally think has given up more time as a volunteer for the club than anyone I can think of, over a huge number of years) is just out of order.

Wouldn’t it be more likely that our then head of recruitment actually only had links to one or two agents, who also have links to Ross County as well?

Re: Jake Hyde

Not sure what this means. The club hasn’t previously refused to sign players with an agent, it just doesn’t pay agents’ fees (meaning the player pays from their wages). Assume it means both players are looking for more money elsewhere. If so, if they can’t find another club, they might come back to ...
