Do they? Your link wasn’t United’s website
https://www.manutd.com/en/news/manchest ... uspensions
That just says how they are injured and sometimes a very vague comeback date - not at all what you are demanding.

Re: Updated run ins

Didn’t Aldershot provide the funniest play off moment ever when their manager was celebrating their win on penalties before the shootout finished…and before the Shots utterly choked it?

Re: Things the club need to do better at…

A good example of why we wouldn’t want the opposition know.. Dowse said he spent a huge amount of time in training preparing to nullify Matt Taylor ahead of our game against Swindon. Then it turned out Taylor wasn’t playing. If a manager knows who’s likely to play it massively impacts how to prepar...

Isn’t our injury situation best kept within the club - why help opponents plan?
We don’t really need to know

Re: Stewards today

I’m also interested in what the stewards’ gripe was. Several of them did look a bit ‘you must respect my authority’, the beard with backward baseball cap whiffs a lot of wannabe tough guy, and another had a massive pout on when a grown up* inevitably told them to back off right out the away end and ...

Btw hope Angol is OK as he looked pretty handy - got the ball and charged forward, crashing defenders out the way.

How many Woking fans were there? Seemed quite a few but spaced out.
Was somewhat breezy on the pier!

He always looked a spare part once Ben Turner was brought in. It’s just football, my only issue was the wording of the announcement.

If I were Chesterfield I would play the kids post promotion and avoid injuries
Why? They don't need the players for the play offs.
They seem to be doing OK at the moment and have effectively been promoted for a while.

Re: Do you enjoy football?

Where in Essex did Joe Mc pop a free kick in the top corner in injury time to keep us in a cup/trophy?
It was weeks before the team realised it really was a desperate one off and they needed to stop letting him try to repeat it.

Re: Do you enjoy football?

Bodies everywhere at that moment, I remember Flakey totally destroyed (shock) with some Russian people recording bits of the game Isn't there a video from in our fans showing the mayhem and someone falling over the fence? The very attractive Russian girl filming Oxford City v Woking was very bizarr...

Re: Injured players

I've never known an injury situation like this one in my 45 years of supporting Woking. Its been no accident really Lets hope MD gets on the phone pronto on April 21st should he keep us up to ensure it never happens again Can it really all be down to fragile players? What do they do in training, ca...

Re: Do you enjoy football?

Couple of other moments to add into the mix: The turnaround at Chester: 82nd minute heartbreak, 85th minute hope, 91st minute penalty nerves followed by elation. A proper bundle in the away end and hug whoever you can grab on to moment. Betsy’s two farewells: the goal at Tamworth, shaking the hand ...

Re: Westfield Avenue 'compound' planning application

Apart from meaning that we can't build a massive great bar and fan zone on the compound it also means that if we build anything on that side we can't use the compound temporarily and are therefore more likely to need to move out for a while.

Re: Do you enjoy football?

Just tell myself its character building, and as I trudge away from a boring defeat (much worse than a controversial/hard fought one) I just remind myself that it just makes the good times better - if you dont experience Ebbsfleet then the Altrincham doesn't mean as much. And anyway, what do normal p...

Winning is the main enjoyment, has anyone ever enjoyed a loss?
Of course, if the game has been entertaining and my team have had a good honest go at it.
I enjoyed going to the Rochdale game.

'Impossible to prove'? It's not as if you can't do anything. In many businesses, mental health assessments by professional specialists are available for employees who believe that they have an issue. Apart from things like anxiety and depression, this could include screening for underlying disorder...

Re: Westfield Avenue 'compound' planning application

Money talks -at the end of the day- but I don't see the value in squeezing a mini estate in an already busy part of the town (assume SWAG are up in arms as well? Or is it just Woking FC they stand against?) on a not particularly desirable patch of land. COYC I reckon SWAG are pretty happy at gettin...

Re: Do you enjoy football?

I think there are a good few who come to football to not enjoy it. They just want the release of being able to yell/mutter abuse at someone without getting sacked/divorced.

Re: Westfield Avenue 'compound' planning application

The Barn site is south of the nursery on Egley Rd. It was the future site for David Lloyd if the monster ground redev had gone through. Don't think it affects us unless the club were going to buy some of David Lloyd site (who won the lottery?) if it became vacant, though it makes it more likely tha...

Re: Injured players

There's no doubt we signed a high number of injury prone players and as a result had a lot of players consistently out. Hopefully we learn from this when recruiting in the future. I don't think anyone has been claiming mental health has ruled them out, hamstrings are a bigger issue, but it is likel...
