Re: The mystery of Jake Gray

I do sort the profiles but I don't really have any sort of inside track - I live too far away for that! I only change something when I'm told something has changed and it's rare for this to not go on at least our social feeds at the same time. As far as I'm aware Jake Gray is our player and is on lo...

Re: Glean Rea joins the Cards

Possibly the first player in Woking's history who shares my name (ignoring double n's) and you spell it wrong CC - how disrespectful!

Looks a great signing though. He could be playing in the Championship this time next month.

Re: Ex-Cards News (May '19 onwards)

I explained quite concisely why you were wrong, but you never replied strangely, so whatever works for you. There are certainly worse crimes than being supportive :) Nothing strange at all about my lack of response, it would clearly be pointless to prolong a conversation about something that we cle...

Ah, my favourite player, if I remember your previous comments correctly. Good for him. Yes, I remember you were very impressed initially. Anyway, he always gave 100%, so good luck to him. Don't think this has been mentioned, but Matt Young joined Hampton a few days ago.

Re: Ex-Cards News (May '19 onwards)

Jason Goodliffe has become Sutton's assistant manager. Don't much fancy their chances this season.

Re: Ex-Cards News (May '19 onwards)

that's a good point about cook, thought it was a done deal that he was signing on for next season. Really hope we do get him back!! Dowse said the contract was ready, probably means he will be announced next week Cook has an agreement with the club. Just needs to come in to sign the paperwork and d...

Re: Ex-Cards News (May '19 onwards)

I seem to remember Leyton Orient didn't think much of Caprice either. But ever since that game when we stuck 4 past Tranmere they'd wanted Caprice and now he's done the business for them. Good luck to the lad.

Re: Ex-Cards News (May '19 onwards)

Nathan Ralph linked with a move to Hull or Barnsley https://twitter.com/TheFLZone/status/1130837885442297856 Incredible how you can have one season in Scotland after getting relegated from the National League and suddenly be perceived as a potential Championship player. I liked him when we played f...

Wonder when we’ll start to announce new signings! This time last year we’d already signed A few
Just the one I think, Nathan Collier. Noticed it was mentioned on the 'On This Day' bit of the website a couple of days ago.

Was he the left winger he came on? The one that jack cook absolutely dominated? The one who kept stumbling every time he got the ball? Looked a poor mans eyoma to me!!!
That's different opinions for you. Thought he was their most threatening player after he came on.

Re: Ex-Cards News (May '19 onwards)

Sam and Lazar would be a great start to the hunt for security next season but please keep Kane. Speaking of security next season, Team of the Season winger Nassim L'Ghoul has announced he's leaving Welling on Twitter today. If we'd lost the final 1-0 and a key player had left within the week, this ...
