Re: WFCTV | Woking vs Wealdstone | #WokingRewind

Had 8 of us on Houseparty watching it. Thanks for reminding me of a dreadful game with a great last 15 minutes! 8 in a house? I hope all of you live there otherwise not a bright move in the current circumstances You may want to research what Houseparty is before you start pulling people up on thing...

Re: Your Top 5 Woking Moments

1. Swansea replay at Kingfield. Still the best game I’ve ever been at. 2. Gez in the last minute at Luton. I’d been unable to go to many games for about six years and the away corner made a racket all game long. 3. Gez again vs FGR. A 30 yard screamer to equalise at 3-3 after we’d been three down. ...

In no particular order - Plus one for Skippy falling off his bike. The funniest bit of was watching the light that he had on the front still flashing away as he lay prone in the hedge. - Kingfield Ender emptying the bucket of ice over Millhouse in the bar after being told "You haven't got the balls...

Re: Barnet Annoucement

Fuck them. Absolutely no sympathy for them. They've budgeted to lose £100k per month? At tier five football? That's insane. Their ticket prices are excessive, their stewards are a bunch of cakes, they've got a squad they can't afford AND they've been given a FPL parachute payment handout the majorit...

Was this to be held in the bar? I guess that will be closed tomorrow then?
It was going to be held in the bar, yes.

It was a Trust decision to cancel not the club, so if the game remains on I imagine the bar will be open as usual.

Re: The Pope's gonna be busy again.

If someones on the verge of going bust, I trust we're starting a crowdfunding page to ensure that doesn't happen. Macc are far from out of the woods on that front and after the Bury farce, EFL won't let them get anywhere near starting the season if they aren't in a more stable place than they are n...

Re: Matt Jarvis

There's two options here. A) Dowse doesn't know that an interview in a regional newspaper will have the faintest impact on a signing in regional football, or, B) Dowse has reason to believe that a late offer from another side, further away from Jarvis's family/where he came up in the game/where he'...

Re: Woking fans – support our new stadium regeneration

I support the development, just concerned about who will own the club (and having to go to Farnborough for two years!!) The talk of rugby has been around right from the start. There not being a local club would just be seen as an opportunity by someone like Morgan.... I wouldn't trust Morgan either...

Have made a few changes to the design today, thoughts/suggestions welcome! Nick/ MrO, Any chance there can be a link that clicks you into the next thread, instead of having to go back? Also, if there's unread messages, is there going to be a filter that'll direct you straight there, or have you got...
