Re: Questions for this week's Catch-Up

What player, past or present, would you want in this team? IF you were ever offered the Newcastle managers post, would you take it? Would you do your best or Baldricks plan to bring it down from the inside ? Has Martin Tyler ever tried to get you to commentate on a match? Does Malcolm put out on a f...

Sorry hadn’t refreshed and never saw this thread.

Full on biased voting please. The politicians lead they way and there is nothing wrong with being one sided and ignoring all others.

I’d rather not have someone gabbling on talking nonsense and leave it as it is. It’s not as if when you watch it live you have someone describing what’s going on.

Same here. However if you turn it the other way round, suddenly it’s not so bad.

So what happened to his “I’ve paid off all their debts, they owe no one and I leave them with my head held high knowing I’ve left them financially stable and in a good place” ?
Something must have altered the clarity of thought and he maybe got confused. I wonder what......?

Darran Hay was chuffed to be able to walk away with a WFC pen from the evening!
There was talk of him getting his testimonial at last, raising money for dementia. A legends match would be fantastic.
Seconded! 👍🏻

KRE Matt pretty much summed it up other than we deserved what we got. We were fairly bog average today and Boredomwood a little worse. A turgid game made worse by no nonsense ref decisions but I’ve come to expect that now.

What time tonight for Trust members? I was told about tonight on Tuesday at the game and haven't seen an email for it.
Same here. This is the first I''ve heard about it.
Stoo, I’ve just forwarded it to what I think is your work address for you. Pass on to skippy if you have his email.

Re: Match Thread H Vs Bromley VNL

Appreciate Loza wasn’t full on for 90 minutes but he was the only one pressing high and closing down the dodgy keeper all game. Could have/ should have put us 1-0 up in the first 15 mins when played through from a Gerring ball. Chased a lost cause the keeper was letting role out of play for a goal k...

Re: Away Support Tonight

Their third chant, barely audible, on the hour mark was "can you hear the Woking sing." There is a fine line between trying to be ironic and embarrassing yourselves to that extent. A third-full KRE was twice as loud. (That said, shoutout to the lad who tried to give the ball back, banged himself in...

Re: Some mid-season player statistics...

J8. In your sales role, could you use these statistics to make a case for us to do the decent thing and help Chelmsford out by taking Loza off their hands? I mean statistics don’t lie and he would be such a poor performer for them on his return. We really should do the decent thing on those numbers ...

True, if you can’t get there for whatever reason then it’s nice to put something back into the club over the bar. Why not open it up especially with Sheerwater there at 3pm? Money for old rope really. However, it’s just not the same as being there (if you can be) is it? Love an away game more than h...

And only Chorley - at the foot of the table - have drawn more than us.
But those draws have been a point gained which in previous years we would have been empty handed. Take something, anything from a game is better than zero points.

Loza wants to go up the leagues not down. Don’t forget it didn’t work out at Riccay so why would you return to the management that realised they didn’t want you and decided (Wrongly) you weren’t good enough? I say he stays here where he is wanted and appreciated. He can go to league two at the end o...
