The reason why there are more millionaires in this area is because they save their money rather than roll up to some god forsaken hole on a Saturday to watch 22 blokes kick a ball about and give the dosh to the fair maiden behind the various bars.

Yes, we could lobby for some secure bike parking at the ground!
I have thought about that Bob and once the CofE move to their new home, there could be a possible option.
Leave it with me and I’ll dig into it.

Thank you #MylesForTheNhs

Just a quick message to all those that sponsored me to say thank you for having faith and belief in me getting around the course on Saturday in support of Myles for the NHS. The weather was bloomin’ awful bit I had some fantastic messages of support flashing up in the screen and terrific support in ...

Re: Planning committee outcome

I think we all need to step back and take a reality check here. A ten thousand seat stadium and circa 1000 accommodation units was never going to be approved in this location. The local infrastructure just cannot support it. The accommodation would be classified as being within walking distance of ...

Re: A Personal Statement from the Chairman

I’m not going to make this personally against you despite your anti development views on the club, so moving back to something we both agree on. Yes 100% the club should NOT be reliant on tax payers money. However that will unfortunately be the most likely outcome now your friend has well and truly ...

Re: A Personal Statement from the Chairman

Well there are the parking statistics which you have enforced aren’t a localised problem to the proposed development. The inappropriate use of statistics of delivery taken at a time when if you required something, it was only available via delivery. The numbers required for affordable housing and di...

Re: A Personal Statement from the Chairman

Just pointing out the double standards of elected councillors that some others not so involved may not be aware of Skippy my love.

However I do agree how lovely it is when they are so approachable and live in the same roads as us slum dwellers. Proud of my roots and don’t have to swear about it.

Re: A Personal Statement from the Chairman

While some of you have mentioned the word slum, it may be of interest to some of you that Cllr Morales, who was very vocal against this project from the off and was very critical last night, dismissing fact, using abnormal delivery statistics was the very person that referred to the development and ...

Re: When could/ should the new season start?

I agree with Andy T above. I think his figures sound about right and given we can section off whole parts of the ground, stands us in good stead. However, what we could really do with is nice new stadium that’s easy to clean and maintain with a capacity of say.... about 8-9000. That way it would all...

Re: When could/ should the new season start?

Depending on if capacity was limited and by how much, you could keep it to season ticket holders only. This would then give the club a minimum amount of money to play with for the season before on the day are finally allowed in and increase the purse. Perhaps you then have to book your attendance on...

Re: When could/ should the new season start?

The season will start once paying spectators are allowed into grounds to watch matches. As KT15 Card states non league can't afford to pay behind closed doors unless the FA/League pays them to do so. And the FA won’t do that as it’s money they could keep in their own pocket. Or pay off another Chie...
